This seems odd to say about a group of companies that supposedly built this on scraped data.
Didn't Anthropic say they banned OpenAI for doing it on their models?
Well, depends if you want to call OpenAI "respectable"
Except this is not fraud. And just because a company _really_ wants to make a trillion dollar valuation doesn't mean they get to invent a new type of fraud.
Yes, breaking the terms of use is fraud. And, no, no self-respecting company would do this deliberately.
you seem to think just saying things makes them true. how's that working out for you?
