The heading start with a conversation mood "So, what are we doing?", but the huge form looses that warmth. So I prpose to convert it to a "multi-step" form where you asks questions in a friendly manner provide a nice engaging experience to the users. This could also give you opportunity to fine-tune filters (skip/expand) as user fills the form. Just to be clear, am not suggesting a conversational agent here. |
