Under democrat rule, the government's idea of "creating local capacity to maintain infrastructure" is to keep throwing money at problems that keep complaining. When instead 99% of the money is boarding planes and flying to Somalia (this is now 100% proven about the MN/Walz scandal by the way). We actually need a competitive system to make change work. A way for someone to say - hey this isn't working, and the money shuts off immediately. Just throwing money is killing the United States, so yes, I'd much rather have most charity come from private collections at this point - unless the US changes how it does things. |
