What does it take to get a vote? Could there be some sabotage here?

e.V. members get to send in proposals which are voted on in the (yearly) general assembly, this was one such vote. So everyone who voted is known by their full name and address (a legal requirement for an e.V. in Germany). There is no sabotage here.
