I'd be willing to be that there are lots of people that are important to other people, and you've never heard of them. We don't have to pass *all* media through you, although we do try to get your approval on most things.
Ah, well, you missed an important (and obviously beloved) part of microcomputer culture. I haven't thought about him for years, but read his columns in PC Magazine religiously. I didn't always like him, but I always read him.
