Of course not, just like when you pay for Netflix or Prime Video there are no ads ... right? ... right?

The more money you pay, the more valuable your attention is to them. The advertisers really want every last dime of your disposable income.

Which is why advertisers used to pay much more to advertising in paid magazines, than free ones.

No. The real "pro" subscriptions are for those with money enough to pay for ads to be placed into other people's answers.
