Very place dependent and not so universal in my experience. Where I live the title/deed just has street address. A completely separate agency holds the plot map that links addresses to physical measurements.
It’s officially called a “parcel map” where I live. That’s why I chose a generic name like plot map which describes it without needing to know jargon like parcel or plat. Your beliefs of what is universal are not as true as you believe.
