I don't think it's a spiritual experience, in any way. It's just your neurons going crazy. Any spiritual result that you have had fits with how your brain is wired. The majority of the population is spiritual because in the past atheists were killed. I'm atheist and this experience was not spiritual in any way. It just enforced my atheism. |

To have a breakthrough, you need to be very focused on that said goal, I advise closed eyes, headset on, perfect temperature, perfect comfort, whole playlist curated and completely let-go until you reach the absolute "void" and then keep going even if you are scared, then you'll reach the point where you completely disconnect with reality and basically just "die", then you'll have some sort of "orgasm" where you simultaneously laugh and cry and so-on and see the world very strangely, interconnected, it's one of the most profound experience an individual can have imo. It's difficult and often can't be done during the first few trips. You need to completely "surrender".
PS: I know, sounds insane said that way, I'm a very logical and rational person but still can acknowledge that something is quite magical in a way we don't quite yet understand.
