Do you manage task/todo differently in this AI era?

I'm curious. Do you use todo list app? pen & paper? or any digital apps you're using daily?

Personally, i still use Obsidian for notes tasks and sometimes Jira for following tasks with my teammates.

In the Agentic AI era, does the way you "manage" tasks change? What are the moments in the normal-day workflow you have that leads to you changing your method?

Would love to hear your stories and complaints.

I use the notes app on my phone, the same way I've been doing for years and years... that's probably not an exciting answer, but it's worked for me.

Maybe I could pass it off to an AI and see if I benefit from that somehow, but... eh... the notes app has worked okay.

The notes app has a search function, so I've never had any difficulty finding what I'm looking for

also when is the last time this notes app disappointed you? like you were in the moment that it took so much of your time or the tool did not serve you the way you expected?
