DRIVE is essentially DORA metrics expanded into a broader engineering-management framework. There are some sensible ideas in it, but it is not a major new technical concept. It is largely a repackaging of existing DevOps, platform-engineering, FinOps, security, and portfolio-management practices into a Cortex-branded operating model. |
