Did claude code start randomly creating artifacts for you too?

Previously I was asking it to create a local html file with a summary (when needed, this isn't in any of my CLAUDE.md files).

Now it creats them by itself when it sees fit, and they're stored online on claude.ai, can this be disabled?

I saw this as well.

The weakening of the walls between Claude Code and Cowork is very offputting and makes it harder to get repeatable results.
