Well, i want my problem sorted no matter who solves it, but when human support is available, i'd want to prefer that.
Built exactly something like that: meridial.dev - Lets you do zoom meetings inside your app when your users are stuck, when you are not available, agent is going to handle the stuff for you. Worth checking out. |
