I used to be a member, and activist for The Pirate Party and Open Rights Group. Went to all the meetings and spoke with people, and found them to have a much more nuanced view on "piracy" than your average. Thinly-veiled "I want to access everything for free, big corp bad! Shhh I know it's a indie production, but bad SONY!" |
