That's called UTC. Most datetimes are stored that way and converted to local time in the UI. (To prove it, open finder or explorer and look at a file's modified time. Then change your time zone. You might need to refresh the window. You can even select UTC as your computer's time zone. It's how some cloud servers operate.) |
