I can see solar panels on an apartment block outside my window right now, and I am not in Australia. Even the video mentions that it is common in Germany, so clearly people have already found a way to do it.
Common in NL too; I know a company that specializes in installing these on apartment buildings and sharing the benefits per apartment. Although they’ve started favoring larger installation projects I heard.
