Nitpick all you want, no hysteria here that you haven't fabricated yourself. but if you start asking mothers, which tend to be female..., which tends to be ~half the population..., you will still find more opposition to MSG in babyfood than all adults combined are to strangers sucking on alkaloid fruit pouches. It seems maybe you want hysteria though? The truth is - in under developed children, with weaker blood brain barriers, there really is a calcium channel where excito-toxicity poses vague risk to brain cells. Why not just avoid it? Do we really need to be manipulating flavors for babies? Or was it all to make unpalatable waste more palatable? Nothing hysterical in not gambling with babies. Run along and go outlaw or monopolize something. |
