>Screaming "accounting subterfuge!" when this is simple GAAP accounting is a different matter. Looking back up the thread, I don't see anybody screaming about anything. And I think "accounting subterfuge" is a broad concept that could certainly include GAAP-compliant but nonetheless suspect business practices. |
