There are blue eyed people in the Middle East today, notably among the Yezidis. Look up a picture of Bashar al-Assad, the recently deposed dictator of Syria. He is blue eyed.

There are even red headed and blonde people there although they aren't common. They can be found as far east as Iran and as far west as Morocco.

Statistically Jesus would have been most likely to be dark haired and brown eyed, with an olive skin, but it would not have been far-fetched for him to be blue-eyed at all.
