Which rules are broken? Like with guns (opening paragraph about removing concealed carry guns). The sign “no guns on premise” doesn’t have power of law, unless it’s like school, but if owner asks you to leave, you should comply, otherwise you will be trespassing |

Civil liberties come into play. I can discriminate based on race or sex in who I allow into my house, but not my storefront.
Some place have straight up public accolades requirements - if it’s open to the public, it has to be open to the public.
