it's a fun toy, not a serious benchmark. The gameable signals (followers, issues) are deliberately log-scaled and down-weighted so it's not trivially hacked
Its a card for fun, not a leaderboard to optimize your life around.
Until somebody comes along and uses it for that. Fun toy turns into decision making tool that the creator never intended. Maybe nothing will come of it. That's just my unfiltered opinion on it. I don't assume malicious intent, only identifying the possible vector.
