The peak, Kyrgyzstani. The name "Pobeda" means "Victory" in Russian. Mountains (and other geographic features) often share names, and specifying which and where can occasionally be confusing. Tolerance for someone mis-remembering elements of a story helps avoid tedious comment litigation. |
