Oh, russians re-elected same govenment for past 35 years cheering invading neighbors every couple years since inception of russain federation.

Problem is not in dictator. Problem is imperialistic russia and every russian citizen who does nothing about it. They should be denied every service from civilized world until they stop their fascism.

And before you ask, yes, I did protest and depose dictator.

Well the voting is heavily manipulated since more than 10-15 years already, and many candidates are banned from running too (not to forget many opposition and critical figures were killed).

Of course they should change the government but I don't think it's possible to achieve that through elections.

Sorry, I won't shed tiers for russian nationalists while Ukrainians die.

Why would I value invaders lives over that of their victims? I still haven't seen a russian 'opposition' do anything than play victim card while their army butchers people. Or Ukrainians must die protecting their homeland while russians be like 'oh no, putin scary, we just sit home and pay taxes'?

No resistance, just compliance.

I won't shed a tear as you say but a few (way too few) opposition figures were killed or sit in prison / were expelled (Yashin, Kara-Murza for example), so pretty much everyone understands the price they will pay.

Ideally the whole regime would start infighting and implode to hell, but ordinary people won't start the process I'm afraid... although the recent fuel shortages could give us some hope if they last long enough.
