AI makes result oriented developers with enough agency to absolutely crush metrics and work. On the other hand, detail oriented, ticket spoon feed developers look pathetic for not being able to make same impact. Previously these two groups could co-exist were detail oriented developer would keep codebase stable and result oriented would spike new features. Now you can just spin an agent. |
