Some additional discussion at NextPlatform. It's an all-CPU system, but the CPUs have Scalable Matrix Engines on them, and a lot of cores, adding up to something that resembles GPU-scale parallelism, so it is accelerated in that sense, rather than in the sense of having separate discrete accelerators. https://www.nextplatform.com/hpc/2026/06/25/a-deep-dive-on-c... |
