I imagine your work machine, just like mine and everyone I've ever had, has application level limits to how much resources it can consume, spotify picks up on the limits, and adjusts accordingly? As to what its doing with all those extra resources on your linux box... shrug maybe using your laptop to train its models or mine crypto? |
