That's strange: 1.1.1.3 is CloudFlare's "no known porn / no known malware" resolver. Why does it filter out archive.is?

I'm usually fine with 1.1.1.3 and I do like that it's filtering out known porn and known malware sites.

works fine though.
IIRC cloudflare doesn't forward which region you're connecting from for privacy reasons, and archive.is seems bizarrely focused on blocking (only) Finland, so to avoid accidentally letting a Finn visit they block everyone using the cloudflare dns.
archive.is is mostly for porn, it is banned in Islamic countries for ages as a pornsite
