But are you in Pakistan?

That is one of the fundamental questions. Because if he is in Pakistan, the best thing would be to go to university and have a path to citizenship in another Anglophone country (but not the US, for obvious reasons). Canada probably ideal.

His next steps should be geared towards that goal.

Don't fill his head with Naval Ravikant garbage.

Then figure out how to emigrate. I am of Pakistani descent too, and even if you are rich there, it's not a good quality of life, I would argue. Better to take money and live in Canada or Ireland or somewhere.

Even if you are in like the top 1% of Pakistan, in some military family, seems too precarious and constrained for me.
