Google AI overview for "keynesian economics" is written in Korean

I just came across this funny behavior, and I have no idea what's causing it. The first paragraph is in English, but everything below it is written in Korean. What's interesting is that if you submit a question to the AI, it will open a new window, and in that window, the text is fully written in English.

I was able to reproduce this on multiple browsers and devices; I have never installed or used the Korean language settings.

Anybody know why it might be behaving this way?

Then why does Claude code use Japanese to reply even in a Chinese environment? Is this similar to the phenomenon you mentioned?
