The US IRS doesn't tax pass through Wyoming LLCs currently anyways. As long as you file your exemption paperwork properly as a US non-resident, you should be clear in their eyes.
As someone else mentioned, the bigger issue might be filing the German CIT and PIT, which get all the more bureaucratic with this arrangement.
