I mean, if you are sure there are children and there is a quite a lot of children there, it's deliberate. It's actually one of the places in the Middle East with a higher birth rate than Israel itself, and a very high population density. If you are shooting into the crowd which includes children, you are shooting at children even when you are not pointing at them precisely. |
