Yes, you read it right. I wrote inelegantly though. There is no actual support provided by the "enhanced support." It's a scam.

Meta Verified, right? AFAIK this does actually work with Google. If you pay them some fee you can actually get support

They supplied me with false and misleading information. I'd not call the deceptive and utterly useless talk I got from Meta Verified "support." YMMV
