I think this is a reasonable approach especially on the traceability and thus accountability side. I think if this is successful within Estonia, global buy-in would be next.
Very reasonable, Linux recently announced their Agent Naming System on top of DNS as a trust layer. It seem Estonia is early in figuring out specifics, but very good to see. Now that it's started there may be potential for a snowball.
