I don't think it is a case that llm happens to create similar stuff. Either both are made by the same person or one is a copycat of the other.

And both use Roman numerals MMXXVI ? It makes no sense to use that in a "Chinese" color website.

I think they are made by different people/organizations. Chinese colors is by TOTM Tech, which sells various (pretty obviously vibe coded) design tools and assets. OP doesn't sell anything so I don't think they are related.
