You can't think of a sentence and type it later without actively remembering it. You either forgot the sentence by then or you're able to recall it - just typing from memory without actively remembering is just not a thing that is possible. Muscle memory isn't built from thinking one time about what you'd do.

One time early in the morning i couldnt remember the 6 digit accesscode for a warehouse. It seemed completely pointless to go there. Approaching the door i thought and now what?? When close enough my hand went up and typed the code. The door opened and i thought, wait, what was it? The memory was only available if my hand was on the keypad. It then seemed pointless to conciously remember it.
