Tesla reserves the right to disable FSD and it's explicitely stated in the conditions. If you drive carelessly they might disable it for a certain amount of time or kick you out directly. It's no news

Sure, but I never accepted any conditions for that. You also missed the point where they removed non-connected safety features that they charged me for. STOP signs recognition is gone from my car, something I used to depend on while driving in non-FSD country. This was part of 8000EUR package. Poof, gone, no refund, no communication from Tesla.

If they put in TOS that they can brick the car fully if you insult Elon, does it make it right? Tomorrow your car just stops driving, because you over speed for example? Hell no

Dude, you were messing with the canbus network. If FSD got into an accident because of some communication failure it could potentially cost the company billions of dollars and get people killed. I would do the same thing.
