Not a new problem. If you look at Power sector history world wide if they waited for investors to show up 3/4th of the world wouldnt be electrified. Once something is considered strategic and required even 30 or 50 years from now there are lot of existing ways to amortize costs and get things rolling. Things will move in the backgtound whatever the vote count is saying. |
