I think many people that succeed do want to give back. You can, too. I think everyone has to develop their own idea of what is an acceptable ratio between the top guy and the bottom guy in a company. In the US Navy, that ratio is 9 to 1. Costco and Ben & Jerry's also have low top to bottom ratios. There are many successful business people philanthropists that give much or most of their wealth to good causes. |
