Why do you want to be a 10X engineer? Just do good work at a reasonable pace. 90% of the problems I’ve seen were just from people not making calm reasonable decisions. No genius required. I’ve encountered a couple geniuses in my career. I’d take a solid thoughtful person with good emotional intelligence any day. |
