Small exercise sessions of 1-2 minutes throughout the day clear my head, give me fresh ideas, and keep me in shape. I'm building this site as a tool to keep track in a pressure-free way and to discover new exercises. It's partly about social accountability and one of the key ideas is to see what people do and don't do in terms of exercise.
