Hyneman posted a short video early in the Ukraine war. IIRC it was him saying "Russian warship, go fuck yourself" in russian, quoting the famous snake island incident.

He isn't in charge to make the decision to pursue any sort of legal issue.

Again, IIRC, Kyle Hill told Alan Pan on the Safety Third podcast that the situation where Alan purchased (legitimately) the expired Mythbusters apparel trademark and made "Official" mythbusters T-Shirts made Jamie upset. Which sucks because I thought it was hilarious and something that he would have respected the spirit of. Alan had also sold a plush walrus with a specific hat, glasses, and mustache.
