Of course it's not genocide(I assume you're referring to Gaza like most others who make this claim), there is a war against an organization(Hamas) that embeds itself within a civilian population(which is a war crime).

There is collateral damage(due to Hamas embedding within civilian populations) and various degrees of food insecurity, but there is no evidence of any mass starvation.

There were food distribution issues prior to the ceasefire but even the UN(which is highly biased for various reasons) is not claiming there is currently any famine.[0]

Publicly available data shows that sufficient food is making it into Gaza to avoid mass starvation.
