EU has exposed that web site operators care little for a good user experience and will take user tracking (external, non-required cookies) over it — and as you say, 83% of customers also do not care. It is perfectly possible to construct web pages with no cookie consent nag screens. The fact that we accept nag screen reality is where the law has failed. |
