Email: ashishrathour1102@gmail.com GitHub: https://github.com/AasheeshLikePanner Backend and infrastructure engineer focused on systems programming in Go. I build low-level infrastructure from scratch and benchmark it honestly. Recent projects: vase — a pub/sub broker in Go using a lock-free ring buffer. 62x faster than Redis at 100 subscribers (111k vs 1.8k msg/s). Zero message loss across 5 million messages at 1000 subscribers. iouring-wal — a write-ahead log built on io_uring from raw syscalls in Go, no external libraries or CGo. 5.5x faster than naive fsync at 64 concurrent writers. Crash recovery tested with SIGKILL. lsm-tree-go — an LSM tree storage engine (the structure inside RocksDB and Cassandra). Profiled from 250k to ~2M writes/sec with pprof. 5x faster than BoltDB on random writes. Bloom filters, leveled compaction, crash recovery, all tested under -race. I write about the engineering behind each at https://medium.com/@ashishrathour1102. Looking for backend/infra/systems roles. |
