I only know of the Good and Pretti cases wrt deadly force -- it's possible they were defensible uses (the bar is higher for LEO personnel) but that's for the courts to decide. Certainly a needlessly tragic outcome that could have been prevented by letting law enforcement perform their duties without interference.

Actually seems like it was 2 weeks before the incident -- I stand corrected. Looks like he was in a shoving match with people (possible LEO) before he was tackled and the firearm discharged.

He was helping up a woman that was on the ground. LEO needlessly got involved and started and escalated the "shoving match."

Dude. LEO shot him on purpose. You use the passive voice like it was a natural disaster or accident. He had no fire arm on him at the time of the shooting. Why are you so insistent on spinning things this way?
