I dunno. I'm in the US and I feel that those saying they wouldn't expect to be liable for services they consume beyond free tier limits sound awfully entitled. I mean, it's a sleazy practice, especially considering how they word their emails, but I wouldn't expect something for nothing just because I hadn't set up a billing mechanism yet. |
