That's cool. As a reminder: Broadly speaking, RF-based TPMS systems on cars transmit their unique identities in the clear to anyone within earshot as part of how they work. (Not all use RF, but many do.) Also: The tires themselves frequently have RFID embedded in them, as part of the inventory management systems used in their production and distribution. |
