- Say that no more than 5% of a company, rounded up, can be H-1b. Ex If you have 1-20 employees, only 1 can be an h-1b. Adjust the % based on how well the policy works. - give companies less power over h-1b holders. Make it last six months or a year after the date they get fired, so they are not so tied down. Don’t make it indentured servitude. |
