I was such a fool to lean hard into two production engineers to build the infrastructure around the two very profitable projects I built. I could have made so much more money spaghetti coding it all like a 10x boss and then jumped to Anthropic for one of those sweet 9-figure comp deals. Stupid, stupid, stupid me. At least that's my takeaway here. |
