I think LLMs are the great filter of software engineers. They can do a lot reasonable well, but they lack the ability to be an overarching architect of complex projects (and it's my conviction that they can never achieve that). Only the best humans with insight, intuition and pattern recognition and application in non trivial scenarios can fill that gap. |
