> The trials for the Pfizer vaccine came back as 95% effective.

Actually 99%

But it turned out it was only 37% effective and then they stopped reporting the efficacy. On to boosters!

It was 95% and it was documented in trials.

And then the COVID virus mutated, reducing the efficacy of that specific vaccine variant.

Current real-world data shows latest updated Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccines reduce the risk of hospitalization by roughly 50% to 60% and lower the risk of urgent care or emergency department visits by 50% to 75%.

Yale medical regularly updates efficacy data on a roughly six month(? IIRC) cycle, other countries also routinely publish.

well, you might be right oh wait https://nextcloud.projectftm.com/index.php/s/vaccine100perce...

stand up when any of the numbers you mention show up!

* note: you have to wait a bit since everyone said it was 100% effective

Have a real source?

Maybe everyone you talked to or US press perhaps - here we ran with medical trials and epidemiologists.

> everyone said it was 100% effective

You're quoting idiots then - or second / third hand press reporting, or US/UK officials pressured by the US/UK admin of the time.

Not everyone lived in a politically captured shitshow.

also my source was i was cognizant during the 2020-2023 years and paying very close attention to every presser. the headlines comport with my memory of the reporting and the timeline of the efficacy decay.
